**Position Overview:**

As an ERP Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring its smooth operation.

**Location:** Kolkata, India

**Responsibilities:**

• Overseeing and supporting the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring its smooth operation.
• Providing training and support to users of the ERP system, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Working with different departments to understand their ERP needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
• Assisting with the implementation of system upgrades and improvements.
• Potentially assisting with project management related to ERP implementations or upgrades, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and coordinating resources.
• Coordinating with external vendors for system enhancements or support.
