Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the tender process including relevant regulations, procedures etc. Standard. Ensure that all tenders and bids comply with client requirements and internal quality standards, including legal and financial Documentation. Review and analyze tender requirements, identify risks and recommend winning strategies. Track tender results, identify improvement areas, and maintain records of past submissions and lessons learned.
