English & Soft Skills Trainer

• Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of pre-determined training curriculum on Management and Human Resource related topics such as Communication Skills, Soft-Skills etc.
• Assist in analyzing and assessing the application of appropriate instructional tools and strategies to accomplish and identify learning outcomes.
• Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.
• Trainer will be responsible for meeting training needs and delivering training programs based on skill gap analysis and identified needs.
• Responsible for the administration of all assigned training groups, facilities preparation, and securing of training materials.

Requirements:

• MBA HR, Finance, BTech, MA English / CA / CS or related field preferred.
• 3-7 years’ experience working in training delivery, teaching, or coaching experience.
• Must possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per week
