Involving in monthly planning, ordering & Procurement of direct materials for production ( Casting, Machining, Forging & BOF). Evaluate, Monitor and Analyse supplier performance in QCD terms and initiate improvement actions. Exposure to best procurement practices. Develop and improve suppliers through continuous improvements. Capable of handling and maintaining good relationship with suppliers, problem solving and crisis handling experience Perform price review and price settlement for existing suppliers and for new parts during development. Capable of individual handling and managing suppliers to meet production demands. Have participated in supplier improvement in capacity, quality, Cost and Delivery improvements. Understanding of Purchase and SCM function Knowledge on Part costing & Negotiation of various commodities.
