Engineer Trainee

Job Title: Trainee Engineer

Location: Chennai - Work from Office

Eligibility: BE/BTech AI & DS with >=70% CGPA. No standing Arrears

Salary: 3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand process pain points and identify AI/ML use cases to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Assist in the creation and testing of AI models using NLP, data analytics, and machine learning for internal operational improvements.
• Contribute to data collection, preprocessing, and pipeline design for training AI solutions.
• Help evaluate existing platforms and explore AI integrations with existing internal tools.
• Support documentation and knowledge base development for internal AI solutions.
• Participate in project sprints, meetings, and brainstorming sessions for innovation in employee experience and shared services.
• Create and contribute to knowledge base articles and internal knowledge-sharing forums.

Required Skill Set:

Technical Skills:

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised learning, NLP, and basic data science workflows.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with familiarity in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Exposure to data querying and visualization.
• Awareness of modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other Generative AI platforms.
• Knowledge in enterprise automation platforms.

Process & Tools Knowledge:

• Familiarity with agile working methodologies.
• Willingness to learn internal tools and enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of data security and compliance basics.
