Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Execute daily operations on the
HDT (Heavy Duty Truck) assembly line
Meet shift production targets and ensure on-time delivery
Troubleshoot assembly line issues and reduce downtime
Implement and monitor
quality control processes
Apply
statistical tools
(5 Why, Pareto, Fishbone) for root cause analysis
Maintain
standard work procedures and process compliance
Train and guide
shop floor associates
on best practices
Enforce safety, quality, and discipline on the shop floor
Operate and monitor
gauges, measuring instruments, and checking tools
Drive continuous improvements in
Cost, Quality, Safety, and Productivity

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
5 to 8 years in
vehicle/truck assembly line
or
automobile production
Hands-on experience with
assembly line operations
, quality checks, and team handling
Exposure to
commercial vehicle or truck manufacturing environment
Knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing
,
5S
, and
Kaizen
practices
