Engineer / Project Coordinator - Design

As a Sr. Engineer / Project Coordinator - DESIGN at EDAG Production Solutions India, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team based in Pune or Gurgaon. With a focus on the automotive industry, your role will involve utilizing your CAD (FIDES/NX/CATIA V5) experience in the manufacturing technologies domain for Body-in-White (BIW) Line. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the BIW domain, specifically in fixture and gripper design. Proficiency in software such as Catia V5, UG NX, and FIDES is essential. Your responsibilities will include BIW fixture and gripper Concept Design and Detailing, simulation engineering, design of material handling equipment, and knowledge of basic GD&T techniques. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in designing automotive manufacturing tools, handling work packet projects for the project team, and have onsite experience at customer locations.
