Job Responsibilities:-

• Managing and monitoring the NetworkManaging the network of 500+ users with Installation of Fortinet Firewall, Cisco, Avaya, H.P., Nortel & D-Link Switches and Information Monitoring LAN & WAN links (PRI, MPLS) Bandwidth Utilization through MRTG tool & PBX Service.

• VOIP management on soft and hard IP phones.

• EPO Server, Wsus Server, FTP Server, Proxy Server.

• Managing & monitoring of Audio Codes mediant-2000

• Internet Security-with Firewall (Cyberoam, Fortinet) Proxy, Access Control List.

• Monitoring PRIs, E1 Links Wi-Max & broadband internet connections

• Installation of windows 2012 servers Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook

• Providing support for LAN related issues

• Manage and maintain all types of printer (local and networks) issues.

• Maintaining Intranet Software Applications of Organization

• Online troubleshooting to client through telephonic support and VNC.

• Providing support for VOIP issues.

• Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Switch, Router and Firewall.

• Providing support for LAN related issues

• Configure and maintaining Cisco switch 2950,2960 series

• Configure port security on the Cisco switch

• Configure VLAN, VTP and Access list

• Manage IP Address for the whole network(800 nodes)

• Remote Desktop support

• Internet and Network Troubleshooting

• LAN (local area network) configure

• Tunneling GRE

• Inter vlan routing

• Basic knowledge of STATIC,RIP, EIGRP, BGP, Network Routing protocol

• Redistribution between routing protocol

• CDP configuration

• Providing solution regarding Antivirus Updates and Patches

• Software installation

• WIFI configure and installation

• USB biometric attendance machine installation and support

• Maintaining report for daily call logging, Maintaining report for pending and logged call.

• Networking services and protocols: Static, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, ACLs, NAT, DHCP

• Hands on experience in configuring VLANs, VTP, InterVLAN Routing, Switch port security,

Switch ACL

• Operating System: Cisco IOS, Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10).

• Software: Packet Tracer, Putty, MS Office.

• Firewall: Cisco ASA 5506,5508,5520,5550,5525-X, Cisco FPR-1010,1120,1140, FortiGate 100D,300E Sophos XG210, XG125, Checkpoint 5200, FMC 1600-K9, ALgosec
