To excel in this role, you should have knowledge and experience in Java, JavaEE frameworks (such as Spring and Struts), HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Eclipse, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL. Experience in managing servers in Linux environments (specifically Tomcat and JBoss), understanding functional requirements, and delivering technical documentation is essential.
