To identify & develop the Basic system 4. To improve the quality of the Fabricated parts as per Standards & customer requirements 5. To apply the lean techniques in shop floor 6. To maintain accident free shop floor 7. To enhance Employee participation in the Continuous improvement 8. Production Tonnage Adherence 9. To reduce consumable cost/Kg 10. To maintain the work life balance of employees Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years experience in Production fabrication Team Management SAP Problem Solving Lean Techniques
