We're now expanding our team of experts and looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to join us remotely. Position Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Development & Customization develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce . Build and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers. Integration & Deployment Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs . Manage deployment using Change Sets , Salesforce DX , or CI/CD pipelines . Business & Technical Alignment Work closely with business analysts and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices. Testing & Troubleshooting Write unit tests and participate in system/integration testing. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong command of Apex , SOQL , Lightning Web Components , and Visualforce . Experience with Salesforce APIs , OAuth , and integration patterns . Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture , security model , and data management . Proficient with tools like VS Code with Salesforce CLI , Git , JIRA , and Confluence . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification. Experience with Salesforce CPQ , Service Cloud , or Experience Cloud . Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Gearset . Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader or Workbench .
