Key Responsibilities: Ensure client organizations comply with applicable Central and State labour laws, including: Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) Minimum Wages Act Payment of Bonus Act Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act Shops and Establishment Act Payment of Gratuity Act Factories Act Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) Prepare and submit statutory returns and ensure maintenance of prescribed registers and records. Conduct regular internal checks and assist in compliance audits for client organizations. Maintain up-to-date records of compliance status, filings, challans, and correspondence. Provide timely updates to clients on changes in relevant labour laws and help implement necessary actions. Support preparation of compliance reports and documentation for clients and internal use. Assist teams in understanding and implementing compliance processes. Work collaboratively with senior compliance personnel and report on assigned activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law and Human Resources, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in labour law compliance or statutory compliance operations. Familiarity with key labour legislations and statutory compliance procedures in India. Basic understanding of filing processes for EPF, ESI, and other statutory returns. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately. Good communication skills and a client-service mindset. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and compliance tools/software. Roles & Responsibilities Must assist their HR department with the daily HR operations and processes. The duties of an HR Executive consist of a certain chronological order which needs to be performed chronologically. It includes understanding and performing staffing requisition. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Need to source the candidates from the various recruiting portals. Resume shortlisting of candidates who have applied for the job and then conducting telephonic interviews, face to face interviews and background verification of the shortlisted candidates and then after the candidate gets hired, Letter of Intent/Offer letter needs to be issued by them. An HR Executive also comes into play during an employee's exit formalities where tasks include verification of the employee, bank details, and issuing of experience letter. Can proactively support in organizing Employee Engagement activities every month. Handle and solve the Grievance of the employees. Skills Must have very good communication skills. Should be well versed with analytical skills. She should be excellent in organizing work and be able to work independently in a team. Willingness to learn new skills and should be able to maintain a healthy relationship with the employees. Should be at least aware of all the Microsoft Office tools. Should be positive while working and should pro-actively conduct in the events, seminars, workshops etc at the workplace.
