Job Description

You are a highly skilled Senior Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. Your expertise lies in RTOS Communication Stack and Embedded C. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that enhance vehicle performance and safety. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining software for automotive systems using Embedded C, implementing and optimizing RTOS for real-time automotive applications, designing and integrating communication stacks for seamless data exchange within vehicle systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications, conducting thorough testing and debugging of software, providing technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues, participating in code reviews, staying updated with the latest advancements in automotive software development, documenting software design implementation and testing processes, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring and guiding junior developers, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you must possess strong expertise in Embedded C programming, have extensive experience with RTOS in automotive applications, demonstrate proficiency in designing and integrating communication stacks, exhibit a deep understanding of automotive industry standards and practices, show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, display strong communication and collaboration skills, bring a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies, hold a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in the automotive domain, demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members, show commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, and possess strong documentation and organizational skills.,
