Shift - US shift 5:30 pm to 11:30 am (any 10 hrs) / Night shift

No Transporation

5 days working, *Sat-Sun Fixed off*

Education - HSC

Experience- HSC with min *2 years International bpo Email exp mandatory*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Respond to customer inquiries through email/chat in a timely and professional manner.

* Provide accurate information about the products and services to customers.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Involves updating records at the back end via relevant applications.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.

* Participate in customer service training programs to continually improve knowledge and skills.

* Identify and escalate customer service issues to management as needed
