The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of CRM customization, integration, API development, and a working knowledge of microservice architecture. Job Title: Python Developer MDM Integration (MongoDB & Neo4j) Location: Bengaluru Experience Level: 4+ Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to work on our Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB , Neo4j , and data integration from MySQL using Debezium and Kafka . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop MDM solutions using MongoDB and Neo4j Build data ingestion pipelines from MySQL via Debezium and Apache Kafka Write clean, modular, and scalable Python code for data processing and transformation Collaborate with architects and data engineers to maintain data consistency across systems Optimize database queries and data models for performance and scalability Support data governance, lineage, and traceability efforts Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in Python development Strong knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL data modelling Experience with Neo4j and graph database concepts Hands-on experience with Debezium and Kafka for real-time data streaming Solid understanding of MySQL and relational-to-NoSQL data mapping Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture Good problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data governance or MDM frameworks Knowledge of data lineage and data quality principles Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
