Job Description: To provide Field Service & Commissioning support , customer liaison for Electroflex range of products within India and abroad as an when required. The Support Engineer will carry out a wide range of duties as part of a flexible workforce. Requirements: Ensure proper installation & trouble shooting of products at all customer sites within India and abroad as an when required. Frequent national and International onsite job. Coordinate both preventative and breakdown maintenance utilizing client staff or contractors where ever AMC services are hired from Electroflex. Ensure design problems are correctly communicated to design engineers and that corrective actions are followed up on and implemented in a timely manner. Customer liaison keeping customers informed throughout operations, maintenance, Engineering and project phases. Analyses issues and makes systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information. Demonstrates a readiness to make decisions, take the initiative and originate action. Commits self to work hard towards goals. Shows enthusiasm and career commitment. Establish and maintain fortnightly meetings with the customer throughout the post commissioning phase. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of control logics, electrical schematics and VFD Drives. Strong knowledge of schematic drawings & Ladder Logic used for controls. Basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics & special purpose machines. A strong track record in service support, maintenance and project management handling end to end projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills to achieve a positive working rapport With internal and external contacts. Organizes and schedules events, activities and resources. Sets up and monitors timescales and plans. Successful co-ordination of site activities associated with machine commissioning. IT Skills: Demonstrates strong skills in Windows, MS Office, System softwares for PLC’s.
