Job Description: We are hiring experienced Senior and Staff Xstore Engineers with strong expertise in Oracle Xstore POS development and payment system integration. The selected individuals will work on upgrading and enhancing the existing Xstore implementation (from v21 to v23+), contributing to development, system design, and payment system integrations using EFTLink. The Staff Engineer will also provide leadership support, mentoring, and code oversight. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Xstore POS features and customizations. Support migration from Xstore v21 to v23 (and beyond). Integrate and troubleshoot payment systems, including EFTLink upgrades. Work in Agile teams using Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivery. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. For Staff Engineer role: Lead technical design and development activities. Mentor developers, review code, and enforce development best practices. Coordinate closely with product owners and Scrum team members. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore POS development (v21 and above). Experience integrating with EFTLink for payments (v23 preferred). Solid understanding of POS and retail payment systems. Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) in Agile environments. Experience with Java-based POS systems. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Verifone SCA, Payware Connect gateway.
