Education counselor

As an Education Counselor at ThinkRight located in Galleria Market, Gurugram, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic member of the Education Centre team. Your primary responsibility will be managing both inbound and outbound communication, addressing inquiries, and assisting prospective parents through the admission process. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth and effective communication while fostering positive relationships with families and the school community. Your key responsibilities will include making calls to parents to explain our company's profile and services, convincing and aligning parents for demo sessions, conducting timely follow-up calls to engage and convert potential leads into confirmed admissions, updating and maintaining records in software systems and Excel sheets, clearly explaining how our institute uniquely contributes to the cognitive development of children, coordinating with teachers to align and schedule demo sessions for visiting parents, coordinating and communicating effectively with parents regarding inquiries and concerns, handling incoming calls and inquiries while actively reaching out to prospective parents to provide detailed information about our programs and the admission process, and collaborating with the admissions and administration teams to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for each parent. This position requires a 2-year commitment with a work schedule of 6 days a week, with half-day Saturdays included.
