The ideal candidate will have prior experience in reputed educational or test-prep institutions such as IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC. The role involves guiding students and parents about our courses and helping them make informed decisions about their educational goals. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding various educational programs and career paths. Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively and convert leads into enrollments. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages. Conduct seminars, webinars, and counselling sessions when required. Maintain and update student records, CRM entries, and reports. Achieve individual and team admission targets. Stay updated on academic programs, competitive exams, and educational trends. Key Requirements: 23 years of counselling or sales experience in the education sector. Prior experience in institutes like IME, IMS, Career Launcher, or CPLC is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet enrollment targets.
