We are NOT looking for journalists or newspaper editors. We are specifically inviting professionals with book publishing experience from publishing houses, coffee-table book publishers, or content-rich media organizations. Role Summary: Were looking for a seasoned Editor-in-Chief to lead our content division someone who can strategize, manage, write, edit, and perfect every page we publish. You will oversee every stage of content creation, from research and storytelling to final print-ready files. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the content vision and voice across all major publishing projects. Lead a team of writers, editors, designers, and freelancers to deliver world-class publications. Review and edit content rigorously to ensure print-ready perfection zero errors is the standard. Step in to write compelling copy when needed, especially for sensitive or high-profile stories. Collaborate with high-profile personalities and businesses across the globe to bring their stories to life. Strategically manage timelines, interviews, and production cycles across multiple projects. Ensure the brand voice is consistent and reflective of Maneesh Medias quality and legacy. Stay up to date with digital trends that influence publishing (e-books, online storytelling, brand presence). Who You Are: 1215 years of publishing industry experience, with at least 10 years in a senior editorial capacity. Strong background in book publishing, magazines, coffee-table books, or premium long-form content. Exceptional command over English editorial precision is a must. Experienced in working with high-value content for print (not journalistic news copy). Aware of digital formats and audience behaviors (though this remains a print-first role). Willing to relocate or already based in Jaipur. (?? Please note: No relocation assistance provided.) Open to travel, depending on project needs.
