Job Description

Proofreading and editing content to ensure the quality of books.
Correcting grammatical errors, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
Checking the text for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy.
Collaborating with authors and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
Verifying facts, dates, and statistics to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Reviewing and correcting manuscripts to ensure they are in line with the NCERT standards.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
Excellent command over English and Hindi.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors in text.
Proficiency in using word processing and editing software.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
