Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to comprehend their portfolio, business strategy, prioritization, etc., in order to facilitate high-quality service delivery. - Engage with the IT Global Program Management Office and cross-functional PMOs to outline the approach. - Provide executive visibility into project, program, portfolio, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc. - Furnish information to the IT Global Program Management Office to enable aggregation of demand, financials, service, and project delivery at the enterprise level. - Support FY Plan and Outlook activities. - Monitor and report on actual and projected spend to demonstrate the function operates within FY Plan/Outlook at function, portfolio, and program/project levels. - Aid in the implementation and integration of processes, methods, and best practices into service delivery activities for the function, encompassing project management, financial management, resource management, etc. - Enhance communications, content, and transparency of information with key customers. Qualifications: - University-level degree. - Excellent written and verbal English language skills. - 3+ years of experience, with demonstrated project management and financial management expertise. - Comprehensive understanding of the IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial). - Proficiency in end-to-end financial management - plan, forecast, actual - at function, portfolio, and program/project levels. - Strong comprehension of key performance indicators related to service delivery. - Project delivery background in a similar IT environment. - Experience working in a global IT environment. - Business Analytic skills. - Ability to adapt to changing demands, priorities, ambiguity, and rapid transformations. - Customer-centric approach and responsiveness. - Proficiency in efficiently handling escalations and challenging situations/people under pressure. - Outstanding self-management, influence management, information presentation, and interpersonal communication.
