Hi all, We're Hiring: Senior ECAD PCB Librarian / ECAD Component Specialist Location : Hyderabad Experience : 5+ Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Apply via Email : saraswati.g@acesoftlabs.com For more info : 7349004276 About the Role: Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior ECAD PCB Librarian / ECAD Component Specialist to join our Hyderabad-based team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Cadence tools , a deep understanding of ECAD symbol creation , and hands-on experience with DFM/DFA best practices. Key Responsibilities : Create and manage ECAD smart symbols using Cadence EDM/Allegro , accurately defining pin types, pin properties, and metadata. Interpret component datasheets and enable automated schematic validation using Schematic Audit (Checkplus) . Troubleshoot ECAD symbol issues and maintain EDM/Pulse libraries and process documentation. Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and simulation teams to ensure consistency across system designs. Drive quality compliance based on IPC , JEDEC , and internal standards. Support DFM/DFA reviews and propose improvements to library development workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ECAD library development. Strong experience with Cadence Allegro, EDM/Pulse, System Capture, Part Developer . Proficient in creating logical and physical symbols , pin mapping, and schematic audit setup. Deep knowledge of DFM/DFA , IPC , and JEDEC constraints. Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
