Starting from a single counter in Bangalore, we have expanded to over 40 outlets, including dine-in, cloud-kitchen, and mall formats. Our company is united by curiosity, craftsmanship, and the belief that good food can bring people together. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Managers role located in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory. The Manager will also be responsible for training staff, implementing safety standards, and resolving any issues that arise during shifts to ensure smooth functioning of the outlet. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in the food and beverage industry Excellent customer service and communication skills Inventory management and cost control skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively Previous managerial experience in a QSR or similar setting is a plus Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
