Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder Location: Sion/Vikhroli - Mumbai Reports To: Founder Type: Full-time Company Name: Richfeel Naturals Website: www.richfeelnaturals.com About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to our Founder & CEO. This role goes beyond calendar management — you'll act as a strategic partner, ensuring the founder’s time and focus are optimized to drive the company’s vision and growth. You will be trusted with confidential information, represent the founder in communications, and help manage cross-functional priorities. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and prioritize a complex and dynamic calendar. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring adequate preparation and follow-up. Communication: Draft, review, and manage emails, internal updates, and external correspondence on behalf of the founder. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-ups for key meetings including board meetings, investor updates, and leadership check-ins. Project & Task Management: Support with high-priority projects by helping to manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders. Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting. Gatekeeping & Time Optimization: Act as a strategic gatekeeper to protect the founder’s time and focus. Ensure alignment with top priorities. Research & Briefings: Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings, speaking engagements, or business opportunities. Relationship Management: Help nurture key relationships with investors, partners, advisors, and team members through follow-ups and thoughtful coordination. Special Projects: Handle ad-hoc personal or business tasks with discretion and efficiency. Qualifications 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role — ideally in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Must be able to take independent decisions and be strategic partner to CEO. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in dynamic settings. High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion. Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, and other productivity tools. Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without needing direction. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
