We’re seeking a Client Service Representative with a proactive, forward-thinking approach and strong conversational skills. Position: Client Service Representative Key Qualifications: Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills, fluency in English. Telephone Etiquette: Proficiency in handling diverse customer interactions professionally. Customer Orientation: Ability to adapt and respond to various personalities with strong active listening skills. Professionalism: Friendly and professional attitude in all interactions. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities. Customer Ownership: Commitment to long-term customer relationships. Experience: At least one year in Technical Support. Responsibilities: Efficiently and professionally handle customer calls. Establish a positive rapport with customers. Provide accurate information using appropriate tools and methods. Address customer complaints, offering timely and effective solutions with follow-ups to ensure resolution. Go the extra mile to engage with customers. Additional Details: Location: Bhive Workspace, Brigade Metropolis Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Rotational) Minimum Qualification: Graduate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Work from home Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday UK shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
