E Commerce Specialist

• We are looking for a young, passionate, driven individual who can assist in all Digital and Performance marketing activities. The candidate will be required to develop a keen understanding of the brand and its values in order to accelerate our growth in the e-commerce space.
• Ideal candidates should have great communication & Interpersonal skills. He/she should have a proven record in the making, as room for growth in this role is immense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across key marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive growth and maximize sales.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and implement strategies to improve ROI, Grow Sales and ensure overall cost efficiency.
• Strategize and implement digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources strategically, and ensure optimal campaign spend for maximum impact.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and refine marketing strategies.
• Provide in Depth reports upon campaign Structure-TOS, CPC, ROI,ROAS,GVS; generate actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with specific expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, Tools (Amazon pi, Helium 10, SEMRUSH), and best practices for performance marketing across marketplaces.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, scaling revenue, and improving key metrics.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge on quick commerce marketing is an added advantage.
