Role Summary

E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Platform Management

• Lead daily operations and partnerships on

  Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart

  , and internal platforms
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to drive revenue and visibility
  
• Explore new channels and onboard products as per platform protocols
  

• Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

• Monitor order lifecycle from placement to delivery
  
• Coordinate with

  fulfillment centers, logistics, and warehouse teams

• Ensure optimum inventory levels across platforms
  

• Campaign & Promotion Execution

• Plan and manage online marketing campaigns, festive sales, and flash deals
  
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams for effective communication
  
• Track ROI and conversion metrics for all promotional activities
  

• Online Sales & Performance Management

• Meet and exceed revenue targets across channels
  
• Analyze category-wise performance and drive SKU-level strategies
  
• Conduct

  competitive analysis & pricing benchmarking

• Customer Experience & Support

• Coordinate with customer service to resolve queries, returns, and escalations
  
• Monitor platform reviews and drive improvements in service levels
  

• Analytics & Reporting

• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, stock visibility, platform performance
  
• Analyze consumer buying patterns and emerging trends
  
• Recommend product bundling and cross-selling strategies
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

  Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Amazon

  (preferred)
• Excellent coordination with internal teams (supply chain, brand, IT)
  
• Campaign & offer creation
  
• Hands-on experience in seller dashboards, panels & analytics
  
• Market research & competition tracking
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
