Job Summary: Assistant AV Technician is responsible for assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV) equipment including LED screens, projectors, media servers, and related infrastructure at various event venues. This role supports corporate events, concerts, exhibitions, Permanent Installations and live shows, ensuring seamless technical execution on-site. Key Responsibilities: · Follow technical diagrams, floor plans, and event layouts for equipment placement and connectivity. · Guiding and supervising cable management, signal testing, and functional checks on all deployed equipment. · Operate AV equipment under supervision during live shows, conferences, and corporate events. · Troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of the senior technician or supervisor. · Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to AV Supervisor or technical lead as required. · Monitor equipment usage and report any technical faults or damage · Ensure all equipment is handled with care and stored properly after use. · Comply with all safety protocols and operational standards during on-site work. · Maintain communication with team members and onsite coordinators to ensure timely execution. · Keep documentation of site activities, checklists, and basic inventory as directed. · Be available to assist senior supervisor to co-ordinate with client. Qualifications and Skills: · Minimum qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field. · 0–1 years of experience in AV setup or technical services. · Basic knowledge of audio, video, or LED screen systems. · Ability to use hand tools & testing devices. · Willingness to work flexible hours. · Ability to read & write, able to take instructions. · Good team player with effective communication and learning attitude. Work Conditions: · Willingness to travel PAN India and work in flexible shifts based on project requirements.
