Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will be an integral part of the Infosys consulting team. Your main responsibility will involve addressing customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will take ownership of parts of the proposal document and contribute to the solution design process based on your expertise. Your tasks will include planning configuration activities, implementing product configurations according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and provide effort estimates that align with customer budget constraints and organizational financial guidelines. In this role, you will lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and focus on delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you are passionate about assisting clients in their digital transformation journey, this opportunity is tailored for you. Key requirements for this position include the ability to develop innovative strategies and models that drive client innovation, growth, and business profitability. You should possess knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends, and demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration capabilities. Moreover, you should have a good understanding of financial processes for different project types and pricing models. Your role will involve assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate technology solutions. Familiarity with one or two industry domains, client interfacing skills, project management experience, and team management skills are also essential for success in this role.,
