Role & responsibilities This is a purely field job to provide support for Laptops, Desktops and printers (Inktank, Laser, DMP, Thermal etc.). Employee need to carry spare parts to check and replace parts. Minimum 4 - 5 service calls to be attended on a regular basis. To report to the service manager on daily basis. Experience on usage of mobile app is essential. Preferred candidate profile Freshers (upto 1/2 yrs. experience) with training on computer hardware and networking, who want to make their career in this domain, need to apply. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferable.
