Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Distribution Management System (DMS) Developer with strong Java and SQL expertise. You will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Duck Creek DMS solutions to streamline insurance distribution operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions in Duck Creek DMS Customize and manage producer onboarding, compensation, and hierarchy features Integrate DMS with internal systems using Java and SQL Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues in DMS workflows and data processes. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in Duck Creek DMS Strong knowledge of Java and SQL Good understanding of insurance distribution processes Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
