Drupal Developer

As a Drupal Developer, you will be responsible for building efficient, testable, and reusable customized modules. Your role will involve integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers, solving complex performance problems, and addressing architectural challenges. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating data storage solutions and cooperating with the back-end developer to build the RESTful API. You are expected to conduct code audits and adhere to code standard practices. Having knowledge of Mock flow design tools would be an additional advantage in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Drupal. Your expertise should include a strong knowledge of Drupal 7, with additional knowledge of Drupal 8. Experience in upgrading Drupal websites and developing customized themes and modules is essential. Advanced site-building skills, including familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels, are required. You should have a good understanding of key Drupal APIs like Queue API, Node API, Entity API, and other Drupal APIs. Your ability to customize and tweak forms, core, and themes without altering core files but by using templates or custom modules is crucial. Proficiency in PHP, PHP files, theme functions, and the Drupal theme layer is expected. You should also have a strong grasp of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages is beneficial. You should be adept at using code versioning tools like Git and Bitbucket. Being a quick learner and staying updated with new trends is essential. You should also be skilled in inspecting peer code and implementing code standardization effectively. Basic knowledge of CMS WordPress and familiarity with at least one PHP MVC framework are desired. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, work with juniors, and handle standalone projects efficiently is crucial. Timely completion of tasks assigned by project leads or team leads is a key aspect of this role.,
