Drayage Broker

We’re looking for Drayage Brokers with strong expertise in load booking, carrier relationships, and intermodal logistics.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage/intermodal brokerage
• Strong carrier network and relationships
• In-depth knowledge of port operations and terminal processes
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Familiarity with tools like McLeod, MercuryGate preferred
• Knowledge of chassis, detention, and container tracking is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is a bonus

Responsibilities:

• Book and manage drayage loads across ports and terminals
• Coordinate with carriers and customers for smooth operations
• Monitor load status, resolve delays or exceptions
• Utilize TMS platforms for load planning and execution
• Drive growth in the brokerage division alongside a strong leadership team
