Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, architectural plans, and construction details based on specifications provided by architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Convert conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and floor plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure design accuracy and project requirements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing archives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and engineering standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman or CAD Technician.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
