Project description As .NET Full Stack Developer (C#, React & SQL Server), you will be responsible for leading the full-stack development team, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable React-based web applications. This role involves hands-on development, architectural planning, mentorship, and collaboration with product and backend teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Responsibilities
  • Technical LeadershipLead a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices for building React.js applications.
  • Architecture & DesignDefine and drive the architecture of the front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Hands-on DevelopmentActively contribute to the codebase, building high-quality, reusable components in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • CollaborationWork closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to define and implement user-centric features.
  • MentorshipCoach and mentor team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Code QualityEstablish and enforce coding standards, and maintain code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and other best practices.
  • Performance OptimizationIdentify bottlenecks and optimize front-end performance to ensure fast, smooth, and responsive web applications.
  • Tooling & ProcessesSet up and maintain the front-end development tooling, including build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and code deployment strategies.
  • Stay CurrentStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in front-end development, particularly within the React ecosystem. SkillsMust have
  • 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
  • 7+ Years of experience in C#.
  • 7+ years of experience in Web API development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience leading front-end teams or large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
  • Proficiency with React.js, Redux, React Hooks, and related libraries and tools.
  • Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and performance optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Nice to have
  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or relevant technical publications.
