1) Handling independtly press die fitting section resposnible for development skin panel press dies. 2) Managing project schedule and ensuring delivery of parts for vehicle trials and SOP as per timelines. 3) Shop floor management and Manpower handling. 3) Study of die lay-out ,die design checking and feedbacks on improvement. 4) Co-ordination with Machining, Design & CAM team for die assembly and trials. 5) Plan trials on press and ability to understand defects and root cause. 7) Die buy off and observation points closure with customer. 8) Panel quality improvement decisions & implementation. 8) Die trial & commissioning at production shop. 9) Preparing startegy for yearly quality improvement and project hours reduction. 10) Planning for Skill improvement and training of team members.
