Job Title: Dispatch Specialist (OTR & Load Booking Specialist)

About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Dispatch Specialist with proven experience in US-based logistics, particularly in OTR dispatching and load booking. If you're someone who knows how to keep trucks moving and lanes filled — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads using US load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Dispatch Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers efficiently across US lanes
• Negotiate rates with brokers to secure high-paying loads
• Maintain daily communication with drivers and provide tracking updates
• Handle all dispatch-related documentation (BOLs, PODs, etc.)
• Build relationships with brokers, carriers, and internal teams
• Monitor driver hours, compliance, and safety
• Must have geographical Knowledge of US.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in US logistics dispatch
• Strong expertise in OTR and load booking
• Familiar with freight equipment types (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.
• Strong English (written & verbal) and multitasking abilities
