Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Dispatch Executive located in Bengaluru. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and processing flower orders, managing delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of flowers, and maintaining communication with delivery personnel and customers. They will also be tasked with tracking orders and resolving any delivery issues. Qualifications : Experience in order coordination and processing Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills for maintaining contact with delivery personnel and customers Problem-solving skills to resolve delivery issues Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Dispatching: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/04/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/06/2025
