Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

Nubeno Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and organized Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline the daily dispatch operations at our MIHAN, Nagpur facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling dispatches, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dispatch plans and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients/customers.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and internal teams for shipment execution.
• Generate dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, etc.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
• Maintain records of dispatches and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Handle customer queries related to deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in managing inventory for ready-to-dispatch goods.
• Ensure packaging standards are met before dispatch.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation procedures.
• Familiarity with dispatch documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, etc.).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, basic ERP knowledge preferred).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
