Organization- Grand Hyatt Gurgaon Summary The position will be responsible for the efficient running of hotel operational divisions in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to function as the Business Manager to ensure that all the operational departments operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
