Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Assisting in Production Activities:
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of daily manufacturing targets.
Machine Operation & Monitoring:
Learn to operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Quality Assurance Support:
Aid in conducting in-process quality checks and basic inspections to maintain product standards.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Provide initial support for minor machine issues and assist in routine preventive maintenance tasks.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate production records, including daily reports and quality logs.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to identifying and implementing basic improvements in production efficiency and waste reduction.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile: Diploma in Mechanical (Fresher)
