Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Description We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Executive Assistant for our client to manage front desk and provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages) efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives. Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support the executive team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role (5-7 years). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
