We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to become a valuable part of our vibrant team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate exceptional design planning and execution abilities, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail and a profound comprehension of color theory, typography, and branding principles. Proficiency in crafting designs that adhere to brand standards and effectively convey the brand's message across various platforms is essential. Moreover, a comprehensive grasp of digital marketing concepts and prior experience in a digital marketing agency setting are highly desirable. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the marketing department to produce visually captivating designs for a variety of digital and print materials, encompassing social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print advertisements, and marketing collateral. - Implement brand guidelines and brand books to maintain uniformity across all design assets. - Make well-informed design choices autonomously, taking into account elements like target demographics, messaging, and medium. - Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and methodologies to consistently enhance the quality and efficacy of designs. - Engage in brainstorming sessions with copywriters, marketers, and team members to conceive and develop design concepts. - Manage multiple design projects concurrently and adhere to project timelines. - Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval. - Ensure all designs meet specified quality and brand criteria before final production or publication.
