Job Summary:

We are a growing startup in the water treatment sector, committed to delivering sustainable and efficient water solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to build our online presence, generate leads, and boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage the company website (WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring SEO optimization.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to attract project leads.
• Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic reach (SEO).
• Coordinate with the design team for creatives, brochures, and infographics.
• Email marketing and newsletter campaigns to engage prospective clients.
• Track competitors and stay updated on water industry marketing trends.
• Support the sales team with digital tools and marketing materials & to contact the clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B experience preferred).
• Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Content writing skills for technical/environmental topics.
• Knowledge of sustainability, water conservation, or green energy sectors.
• Video editing or graphic design skills.

Salary: Based on experience & Performance in the Interview

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
