Role & responsibilities To develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with organization's objectives, target key audiences, and drive brand awareness and lead generation. • Manage and optimize the company's website and landing pages to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMT, medical service, regulatory & IT, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and compliance guidelines. • Stay abreast with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies, recommending innovative strategies to optimize digital presence. • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights. • Develop new projects as per the need of the organization in collaboration with external agencies and ensure delivery on time Preferred candidate profile Proven experience (>1 year) in digital marketing, content marketing preferably within the pharmaceutical/ wellness or healthcare industry. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools & platforms, including SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation. • Hands on experience on tools e.g. Mailchimp, Canva etc. would be desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
