Job Description

NVT Group is a diversified organization with interests across real estate, education (schools and colleges, E-Learning), interior design, and more. We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives across B2C and B2B segments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and qualified lead generation across all business verticals.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROI metrics.
  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to design and optimize landing pages for improved user experience and lead conversion.
  • Monitor and enhance the digital conversion funnel to maximize lead quality and quantity.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and platforms to deliver cohesive digital campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong grasp of direct response strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years of managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns with a thorough understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO strategies, email marketing, and organic campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as LeadSquared or HubSpot, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on digital marketing.
  • Highly creative with a keen sense of audience targeting and campaign messaging.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Prior experience in a start-up or multi-business setting is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to CRM and automation tools is a strong advantage.
