Job Description

  • Be a part of the growing digital channel of a leading brand
  • To work with one the India's leading organization

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta

  • Optimize bidding, creatives, and audience targeting to improve ROI and reduce CPL

  • Run YouTube for Action and Discovery ads to drive brand awareness and leads

  • Monitor and analyze daily campaign performance, funnel behavior, and user journeys

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements for continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with creative, brand, analytics, and product teams for aligned execution

  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and performance reviews with the analytics team

  • Work with UX and CRM teams to improve landing page conversion and lead quality

The Successful Applicant

. 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
. Ok with Gurgaon location - WFO, alternate Saturdays working. Deep knowledge of Google Ads(Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.. Proven track record of managing performance campaigns with large budgets and measurable ROI.. Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tools, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets.. Understanding of luxury or high-value customer journeys is a plus.. Strong communication and project management skills.
