Role & responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan, schedule, and post daily content (static posts, stories, reels, polls).
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content for relevance and engagement.
• Engage with followers: respond to messages, comments, and community interactions.

Content Creation & Design

• Create graphics using Canva

  for social media posts, banners, emailers, and event creatives.
• Support in

  basic video editing

  using tools like InShot, CapCut, Canva Video, or VN Editor (for reels, promos, shorts).
• Use

  AI tools like ChatGPT, Copy.ai, or Jasper

  to brainstorm captions, post ideas, blogs, and email drafts.
• Assist in creating infographics, social media carousels, quote cards, and festive creatives.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

• Support digital marketing campaigns and online contests/promotions.
• Help in executing email campaigns and newsletters (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
• Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to collect inputs for content.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track content performance: engagement, reach, impressions, followers growth.
• Use tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc., to compile weekly/monthly reports.
• Suggest content improvement ideas based on insights and performance trends.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in basic

  SEO tasks

  : uploading blogs, adding meta descriptions, keywords, and links.
• Help set up and monitor simple Google Ads or Meta Ad campaigns under guidance.
• Research and present insights on competitor digital strategies.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, email, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Creativity and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite is a bonus.
