Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, and content marketing. Content Creation & Strategy: Develop high-quality, engaging content for digital channels (blogs, social media, website, email newsletters). Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency of brand messaging. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and interacting with followers. SEO & SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and analyze search engine rankings. Assist with managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional offers, etc.), segment audiences, monitor open/click-through rates, and ensure high deliverability rates. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports on ROI, traffic, lead generation, and engagement. Customer Engagement & Lead Nurturing: Engage with customers through online channels and monitor feedback. Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales or long-term customers. Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools to ensure strategies are innovative and competitive. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and promotions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, SEM, or similar roles. Experience with campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Creative Skills: Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills. Ability to create compelling digital content and design basic visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and generate insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
